July 2020 - Advisory Group completes proposal
August 2020 - Chancellor Munoz asks Vice Chancellor and Provost Gregg Camfield to lead the university’s first comprehensive strategic planning process involving the development of a 10-year strategic plan to be in place at the start of academic year 2021-22

Provide oversight of the 2020-21 strategic planning process;
Establish a small Planning Task Force (PTF) to coordinate and implement the process by which the plan is developed;
Authorize for review by the campus community, the products of the strategic planning process, including draft goals, measures, targets and strategies as well as a complete draft plan;
Review and recommend to the EVC/Provost, for recommendation to the Chancellor, the final, campus-reviewed strategic plan;
Participate in the planning process as campus stakeholders.
